14 inch Necklace

Q: Could you tell me if you are able to offer a different necklace length to the one advertised? For example, I have seen an Akoya necklace I like, but it is advertised as 16" and I would ideally prefer 14" or 15". Thank-you for your assistance with this query.

A: We certainly can make a strand for you at a custom length if you like. There are two ways we can accomplish this. Firstly, you can order the standard 16” length and request to have it shortened to a specific length. Simply order the item via the website and then type a request into the Special Instructions box indicating you prefer the strand at 14” or 15” and we will include the extra pearls off the strand in the package. The advantage to this is that in the future, should you want the strand longer or in the unlikely event the strand breaks and one pearl goes missing, you already have the pearls that match the strand perfectly. The other option is for one of us to place the order for you as a custom item. The price would be adjusted to your preferred length – even if it’s 14.5” or anything you like. We can also put either white or yellow gold on the strand as you like.
