Q: I recently bought an 18” stand of Akoya pearls off your website and a bracelet. The pearls are absolutely beautiful; however an 18” strand pearls and the bracelet is a little too big for my girlfriend. I am going to be in LA for a day next month, and if possible to make an appointment to stop by to have the necklace re-strung into a 16” strand and to have a few pearls taken out of the bracelet? Please advise me the best way to have her pearls restrung?
A: We certainly can restring the set for your girlfriend if it is too long. We would also be happy to set up an appointment for you next month. Please do let us know what day you will be in town, however, as we only accept one appointment per day in our showroom.
If you decide you cannot make it in, simply send her pieces back to us along with a little note detailing the customization. We will knot to your desired length and expedite the pearls back to you.
