Order Processing Issue

Q: I tried to order but it was rejected and no reason given ---is it because I am overseas at the moment?

A: We apologize for this inconvenience and will try to determine the problem with your order attempt. When you got to that last page where the order was declined, was there no message across the top in red text? Usually there is a message of some sort described in code, in a sequence of numbers and letters. Very often the difficulty is a simple typing error in the address or credit card information. If you have attempted the order a second time and it is still not processing, I would be happy to put the order in for you here in the office. If you have a number where we can reach you (even International) please let us know, along with a good time to call,

Thank you for letting us know about the problem and we will also look into any technical issues that might have caused this to happen. In the meantime, please feel free to email me your information and I’ll place the order for you myself.
