Return of Necklace

Q. I received my beautiful pink pearls last week. Unknown to me my daughter got me a strand of pink pearls for mothers day. Since hers were a gift I feel I should keep them. So I would like to return my pearls for a refund. What should the procedure be? What address should I send them?

A: It sounds like you have a wonderful daughter!

If you would like to send back the pearls you ordered simply return them to the address on the invoice and we’ll take care of it as soon as we receive your package. Please include a copy of the original invoice and a note to indicating that you woud like to return the item(s). The original payment method will be refunded the amount of the order minus the shipping charge only.
You may use any shipping method that is most convenient for you since we do accept deliveries from virtually all shipping companies.
