Q: hello. I have purchased three pearl necklaces from your company this year and I am very happy with them. I have been looking for a 5mm freshwater pearl necklace for my daughter, but you do not carry that size in freshwater pearls. I have purchased 5mm freshwater pearls on my own and am wondering if you will let me mail these pearls to you and pay you to string them, knot them, and attach one of your yellow gold fish hook clasps on it. Is this possible?

The stringing charge will depend on the length of the strand but a standard 18” is $20.00. You can just send them to our office with a note inside indicating the finished length and the specific clasp and we’ll have that done in a few days.
