Q: I am set on purchasing your White Akoya Pearl necklace SWN 311 - 16” 9mm AA+ at $1,560.00 and a pair of earrings SWE 300 - at $170.00 to be paid for by credit card. I have questions.
1. When you ask to chose the colour tone for this item you offer white, rose and ivory over tones. Have you an example of the Ivory on the web site?
2. A white gold clasp is as it sounds, white?
3. We are visiting, next week, Lynchburg, Virginia, USA and I propose to ask for the pearls to be sent to that address, thus cutting out the UK VAT tax. Is this OK as the card will be a UK address.
4. If I order these items on Thursday, this week will they be delivered to Lynchburg by next week. Which type of UPS delivery service can you recommend? The 2 or 3 day service in order for them to reach Lynchburg by 23rd June?
5. Finally can you please give me quote for these two items to include delivery to Virginia?
6. I prefer to place this order over the phone as I do not like to leave my card number on the web. Please give me the phone number for orders.

The silver overtone is flattering on someone with more yellow or red skin-tone, the ivory is best on someone with cool skin-tones, the rose overtone is the most universally flattering with just a hint of a pinky blush on the white pearls.
2. White gold is more of a silver colour which you can see in most of the photos on the site including the claps in the attached photo which shows both yellow and white gold.
3. It’s no trouble at all to ship to an address different from the billing and yes, you will avoid the VAT tax and customs by shipping to a U.S. address.
4. You will probably no need to select 2 day shipping but 3 day would be recommended. Usually we ship out orders within 2 days of them being placed so 3 day shipping should be sufficient.
5. For the items as you describe with 2 day shipping, the total $1,745.00 USD. There is no sales tax on orders shipped outside of California.
