Q: About two months ago I purchased a set of 7-8 mm white Freshadama necklace 16", bracelet, and earrings set with yellow gold. I bought it for my daughter's birthday. Well, I gave her the necklace over the weekend on her birthday and she was upset that the pearls had yellow gold instead of white gold. I would like to make an even exchange for a set of Freshdamas for the same size of Freshdama's in white gold with silver overtones. The set is still in the box and the earrings in the pouch and has never been worn or even tried on. Would this be possible?
