Q: I am interested in a rope of large Akoya pearls 9-9.5mm in size in AAA grade. Is this something you can make in 90 inches, and how long would it take?
A: We would be more than happy to create a rope for you as described. I have just checked our vault and we have sufficient strands available in either Hanadama grade or AAA that match to create the strand, but only in a rose overtone. If rose is your preferred overtone, we can create the strand for you immediately. If, however, you prefer silver or ivory, we will have to contact our supplier in Japan to send a matching hank. This could take up to 3 days.
