Returning Purchase

Q: How does one go about returning jewelry?

A: You may return any item within 90 days of the date of purchase as long as the item(s) are in new condition. If you would like to send any items back for exchange or return, simply send it to the address on the invoice with a copy of that invoice and a note indicating whether the item are to be exchanged or refunded. We will take care of the request when it is received. No specific delivery method is required. You may use any service that is most convenient for you.
