Drilling a Pearl

Drilling a pearlQ: I need to return a pearl recently purchased from Pearl Paradise to get it re-drilled. This is a baroque pearl and it seems the hole is either blocked or never completely drilled. Please contact me so we can ensure it's shipping is done correctly by me and the redrilling is understood by you.

A: If you would like to send us the pearl back to be re-drilled, I have included a link below for the return/exchange/repair form. Simply fill out this form, print a copy to include with the package, and send us the pearl. When we receive the package if we have any questions regarding the specifics of your request, one of our associates will contact you for clarification before anything is done with your pearl.
