Earring Has Detached from its Post

Q: I purchased a pair of stud earrings from you two years. One of the pearls has recently detached from its post. Please advise what I should do? Will you fix this, and if so, how much?

A: We are very sorry to hear about that! We would be more than happy to fix the earrings for you, absolutely free of charge. Simply send the broken earring back to us with your order number and a note. We will reattach them and expedite them directly back to you.
