Pearl Points

Q: To Whom It May Concern: How do i become enrolled in the points program? I have made a previous purchase before and I was not awarded any pearl points. Also when is your next big sale? I must commend you on the fantastic monthly specials!

A: The Pearl Points cards should be included in the package with your first order and if you did not receive one, we will send you a Pearl Points code number. When you place your order via the website there is a field that is titled Gift Certificate where you would type in that code. This will give you $10.00 off that order total (pre-shipping and tax). The next Customer Appreciation sale will be later on in the fall. We don’t have a fixed date for that promotion but I am trying to get it organized for mid-November this year. When we do launch that event you will get one email that we call a heads-up message that will tell you the time and date of the actual launch. Then at that specified time and date, the second email will arrive with a link to a hidden page on our site that will be available only to those with the link. This sale is open to our current customers only and not open to the public. Just an FYI for you, sometimes items will sell out in a matter of minutes on these sales so that’s the reason for the heads-up a few days ahead of time.
