Q: Thank you for my Freshadama pearl necklace. It is truly lovely. I really appreciate PearlParadise customizing the length to the longer 23.5 inches that best suits me. I love everything about them. I note, however, that the certificate did not adjust the length up from the original 18" length necklace to the new length and value for the 23.5" necklace. Is it possible that I could get a revised appraisal to suit the new, customized length? Once again, the pearls are beautiful - thank you.
